I have done Bachelor of Philosophy (Hons.). I have also done Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Regarding My esl certificate I took Toefl test, and I am also TESOL certified Being an ESL Teacher I focus on real-life scenarios, common dilemmas, everyday problems that students may face, and that is one of the keys to ESL student engagement (together with making the lessons more fun). You can grab their attention with your tone of voice, jokes or overall sense of humor. All in all, there are a million strategies that a teacher could use to try and engage a reluctant student in their classroom. These are the ones that have worked quite well for me so far. I enjoy teaching. My students tell me that I'm friendly and patient which helps them improve at their own pace. My students include 4-year-olds right up to 70-year-olds.
