Hello everyone, my name is Santi Monika Soleman. People usually call me Monik. I started my tutoring since I was still in University as a college student. I am from Indonesia and I live in Indonesia. I finished my master degree of English language education major from Gorontalo University in 2019. I have worked in some international companies, schools, and Universities. I have also had my private student as one on one class before. Before the private class starts, there will be discussion and agreement by both parties by arranging the meeting.
I like humor. Laughing is good for health. In my daily life, I always prepare everything that I need before I start my routines or do my work. I will make sure everything is well-prepared. During my work days, I put my fully concentration on my work as my main focus. For me, time is life, by being discipline and grateful about it which are two the right ways to appreciate the time. Apart from working independently, my coworker also helps me during good and hard times about work at school. Team-work is the best thing in work life. In my free time, I do my hobbies such as cooking, reading, watching a movie, singing, going out with friends. I also do exercise regularly like jogging or swimming to keep the immune strongly. I like writing on my journal. It helps me to complete my daily task clearly.
My overall experiences about teaching in some companies and educational institute have been fantastic where people are productive and cheerfully enjoy their work. Getting start from staff in office to lecturer in the University that is giving me thousand opportunities to increase my skill and knowledge especially about leadership and teamwork. And also when I finally found my passion in teaching. I speak English in my everyday life. I speak full English for entire lesson in class. This also help my student about leaning by doing in English. Moreover, English is our second language in Indonesia and I love everything about English.
