I have a masters in applied psychology and am currently doing my master's in neuropsychology at Bournemouth University. Alongside this, I work part-time as an assistant psychologist with the NHS and cover supervisor in schools teaching various subjects. I have a solid 4+ years of teaching experience in the British curriculum across different age groups starting from preschool to KS3, KS4 and university levels.

I am so passionate about teaching and engaging my students in debates and questions that involve critical and analytical thinking skills. I maintain a growth mindset towards each students learning and teaching practice. Every child is different and I am a teaching professional who believes that having trust in your students and using unique AFL strategy as per their interests and abilities would definitely bring out their best. I have given private tuition to my own class students by personalizing questions for them and focusing on what they struggle with. I have prepared question papers and marking schemes by myself for the mock exams and in-school GCSE examinations for the last three years. I have a good understanding of the GCSE curriculum structure and teach my students how to evaluate and analyze the essay questions using assessment objectives. I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor who respects every student's space, strengths and weaknesses without any judgement. I try my best to make my teaching and learning space enjoyable using a variety of ICT tools!
