Oluyomi

I obtained a First Degree in Law from the University of Ife and a Masters Degree in International Corporate and Commercial Law (Merit) from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom. These are in addition to a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pan-Atlantic University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain.

I have more than ten years of training and teaching experience in addition to Solicitor practice and business administration.

I am able to explain legal and business issues, theories and concepts with the benefits of my understanding of the interplay of these two fields of studies and my practical work experience over the years. Most importantly I have a passion for teaching and nurturing the interest of my students in my subjects by supporting them with interesting case studies, explanation of practical implications of laws, legal principles, business theories and practices.
