I graduated in Italy and I studied Foreign languages and literatures. Meanwhile I worked in restaurant to pay my college. After my university career I decided to develop my knowledge in wines and restaurants business so I studied as a sommelier and went to France to perfection my knowledge in food and beverage. I worked as a restaurant manager until 2018. Since pandemic my life changed: sport, mindfulness and wellness are my new way of life. I started to learn psychology and alternative therapies. I studied at "Institut de Coaching international" and I have an Holistic approach to my work. I study naturopathic and kinesiology. Today I work as a life and wellness coach. I'm a personal trainer too and I teach via zoom with an Italian fitness school for future trainers.
