I have been working as a language teacher for more than 25 years. I love teaching and my classes are fun, varied and professional. I started teaching both French and English in the 90’s for private customers. I was in charge of all the necessary steps: promotion, level assessment, program design, classes and evaluations. I passed several certifications for teaching such as DELF and TESOL. In 2002 I graduated in Clinical Psychology and started working at a private practice in Madrid. I was working with the language academy Bolingen Institute at the time, where I stayed for more than 12 years, developing innovative teaching methods that I started sharing with language teachers in Spain, France, Belgium and Holland. I received trainings there related to intensive teaching methods. I was also in charge of in-company language trainings, working for leading groups such as BNP Paribas, Decathlon, Renault, L’Oréal and the Ministry of Defence in Spain. I am now focusing on online classes, developing all the necessary tools for this pedagogy to be as efficient or more than in-person tuition. In my classes, I use both visual, auditory and written material, as well as digital tools. I complement the online classes with personal work that allows the students to progress faster and get the necessary bases to express themselves. I always start with a first interview to assess their needs and thus to be able to establish a working program, which can be adapted if necessary. I then agree with the student at what pace we will have the classes, depending on the objectives. Tailoring the training to the student’s needs is central in my work. I complement the online sessions with phone calls and Whatsapp or Telegram messages. On the other hand, I am specialized in intensive courses, ideal to prepare a student for an interview, a conference or to review an exam. I have experience both in company and private situations, and in a wide variety of fields such as psychology, finance, human resources, general French, etc.
