I am currently a trainee teacher at the University of Chester. I am studying Primary Teaching with QTS and will be entering my third year September 2023. I have several years of experience working in primary schools assisting the teacher and leading some sessions in phonics, guided reading and science. I have some experience working with children with SEND and EAL in both mainstream and special schools. I have GCSEs in Maths, English Lit, English Lang, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Art, Child Development, Drama and RE. I have a full DBS check available upon request. I am a trainee teacher studying Primary teaching at university. I have several years of experience working with children aged 3 to 11 in primary schools and nurseries, as well as some experience in a special needs school working with children aged 9 to 13. I am about to start my third and final year of university and will be a fully qualified teacher by September 2024. Primary subjects are my expertise as I have been studying these for several years now, however I have a strong passion for math. Math has always been my strongest subject, and therefore I enjoy sharing my love and understanding of the subject with others, especially children. I also have a good understanding of English, focusing mainly on reading and phonics. I have enjoyed teaching phonics in schools with children aged 3-8, helping children gain the knowledge they missed during COVID-19 and ensuring they are given the best education possible with the time they do have.
