Hello everyone! My name is Ira and I am from Cape Town, South Africa. I graduated with a Masters degree in Biotechnology from the University of the western cape. I then continued my studies and completed a TEFL. I have been teaching English in China for the past 4 years and have been enjoying it. I have taught various age groups and various students in schools, kindergartens and training centers. When it comes to my teaching philosophy I believe that an English lesson should be interactive, so I always try to encourage my students to speak freely in class and express themselves.
